You Own Your Work

You retain full copyright to any story, poem, or article you publish on Portulika.

License to Display

By publishing on our platform, you grant Portulika a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to our readers.

Future Monetization

While we do not offer revenue sharing at this launch stage, our roadmap includes a future model where authors will earn 75% of revenue generated from their work.

No Plagiarism

All content must be your own original creation. Copying the work of others is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account suspension.

AI-Generated Content

While we embrace technology, Portulika is a home for human creativity. We prioritize stories written by human authors. Any use of AI tools must be disclosed, and the core creative vision must remain yours.

Previous Publication

You are welcome to share stories you have previously posted on personal blogs or social media, provided you still hold the full rights to that work.

To maintain a high-quality reading environment, we do not allow content that includes:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
• Explicit graphic violence or non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotion of illegal activities or harmful misinformation.
• Spam, advertising, or purely promotional material disguised as a story.

Professional Presentation

We provide the tools to make your story look like a masterpiece. We expect authors to use proper paragraph breaks, consistent punctuation, and clear titles to ensure a great reader experience.

Editor’s Choice

The Content and Ops team regularly reviews submissions. Stories that meet high formatting and literary standards may be featured in our “Editor’s Choice” section.

Author’s Right

You can delete your stories from the platform at any time.

Platform’s Right

Portulika reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies or harms the safety and integrity of our community.

You may submit a story written by someone else only if you meet the following strict requirements:

• Verified Rights

  You must have explicit, legal permission from the original author or their legal estate to publish the work on Portulika.

• Mandatory Attribution

  The main author’s name must be clearly and prominently mentioned at the beginning of the story.

• Full Responsibility

  By uploading the work, you confirm that you hold the full rights to share it. If a copyright claim is made, the uploader—not the platform—is responsible for providing proof of permission.

• Takedown Requests

  If an original author contacts us stating they did not give permission for their work to be shared, the content will be removed immediately.
