By creating an account or using Portulika, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Age

Users must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account.

Accuracy

You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. The Content & Ops lead handles technical security, but personal account safety starts with the user.

To keep our community a sanctuary for writers, the following actions are strictly banned:

• Using automated scripts or bots to scrape content or “inflate” read counts for the Rising Star Challenge.
• Harassing other authors through comments or messages.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the website’s technical infrastructure.

Our Brand

The Portulika name, logo, and website design belong to the project and cannot be used without permission.

Your Content

As stated in our Authorship Policy, you own your stories, but you give us the right to show them on the site.

“As Is” Service

Portulika is provided as a creative platform. We do not guarantee that the site will always be online without interruptions.

User Content

We are not responsible for the opinions or content posted by users. The Community position will moderate reports, but the legal responsibility lies with the uploader.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly violate our policies or the spirit of the community.

As the project evolves — such as adding new features or changing competition rules — we may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
